QUESTIONS & INFORMATION

The best way to connect with BSTP is to use our contact form below. Simply complete the fields and hit send. We’ll send you a copy of your message and be back in touch within 2 business days. You can also send your inquiry by mail. You’ll find our address at the bottom of the page. We request that you avoid calling unless it’s an emergency.

REPORT AN EMERGENCY OR STRANDED TURTLE

All sea turtle-related incidents and urgent matters occurring in Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, or Neptune Beach should be reported by calling (904) 613-6081. For emergencies outside of this area, please contact the Florida Wildlife Commission (FWC) at (888) 404-3922 (or #FWC from cell phone).

UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO ASSIST WITH THE FOLLOWING

  • Marine life, land turtles, beach conditions, or anything not related to sea turtles.
  • Details about turtles outside of BSTP’s jurisdiction.
  • Individual nesting activity data or details.
  • Turtle walks. These types of programs are only available with a state permit. Important to know — conducting guided sea turtle walks on your own or disturbing sea turtles is against the law. For a closer look at sea turtles, you can find viewing opportunities here.
